[1.20.1] All Numina namespace localization tags are untranslated in en_us

Describe the bug
Each string in the Numina namespace, such as gui elements and component/crafting pieces just shows raw in game, without being translated.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Install Numina and Modular Powersuits,
Make sure you have the en_us language selected
Look at any item, tooltip, or label and see the raw translation string.

Expected behavior
See the names of the items.
