Leaf Blower does nothing

Describe the bug
The Leafblower tool for the power glove does nothing. I dont know how to describe it more, It doesn't remove plants on the ground nor the leaves on trees.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
I guess just try to use the leaf blower, like I said, nothing will happen

Expected behavior
I expected it to remove the foliage (grass, plants, leaves, etc) around me or where I was aiming
