the fact that we have a BLAST service against the gene family consensus sequences is fairly hidden, alphabetized away in a longish dropdown list of species-specific blast dbs; not clear to me if there is some way of controlling the order of listing or otherwise categorizing? (is "All proteins" is at the top
of the list simply because we don't yet have a proteome for any Acacia species?)
It might actually be nice to have a gene families entry page that among other gene family related links could point you to a blast interface with that option pre-selected (although on second thought this latter option will only work while we have a single gene family target, which may be changing soon as we forge ahead with support for multiple families definitions).
