I already implemented submitting (gene family, list of genes) through a GET request as a proof of principle, but I think @adf-ncgr would prefer a POST request in case the list of genes is long. Funnotate uses this input to create a phylogram page for that gene family, but with the specified genes highlighted.

This is similar to issue #19 which @sammyjava did for FASTA sequence input from InterMines.
