Fix submission or error UX of Stacks contract signing popup when API error encountered?

There is no indication in the product of why this is. Looks like certain API endpoints can't be reached (balance?)

The situation does not change, odly.
Why doesn't leather retry, load again?
Why is there no error or other when you can't click the button for some reason?
It is possible the limit was reached because of another tab being open that uses the Hiro api.

Workaround by closing other possible tabs that call Hiro api's then reloaded the gamma page to try again and things looked normal.
