Evasys task only synchronize users at the very beginning. Therefore if you use a invitation task this task will only send emails to the users that were synchronized when the task was created.
This behaviour was also reported by the Evaluationcoordinators. Their solution is to completely recreate the survey when they need to push more users to the task.
According to our evasys team this can be solved by deleting the Task itself (you can't delete tasks in the web interface, only deactivate, but you can delete them via SOAP) and recreating a task everytime we synchronize to evasys
We should try to use tasks for the evasys automatic mode. I want to stress that this was not successfull the last time we tried it.
