Can't make the firmware updating binaries work

Hey,
I tried to use the UnlockDevice app to update the firmware but it does not work out. The Leap Motion Controller is detected, then
a "DeviceState" is created for it, then nothing happens.
I tried the minimumExample.py but the camera can't be accessed, giving the error -1072875772 "can't grab frame".
I tried to unlock the device with and without pausing the traking, there is no difference.

Anyone that can help ?
