-c in pack command is channel i.e. windows, linux, etc.  Default is win
> In order for delta's to be generated during the pack command, you need to first download the current latest release. This should be done with the download command:
Change VS to Release configuration
Disable LeaderAnalytics feed
Open command window in .csproj folder
dotnet publish -c Release --self-contained -r win-x64 -o .\bin\Release\net8\win-x64\publish
vpk pack -u LeaderAnalytics.Vyntix.Observer.CLI --packTitle "Observer CLI" -v 1.0.2 -p .\bin\Release\net8\win-x64\publish -e Obs.exe -o c:\Shared\Releases\Observer.CLI\Windows\ -i icon.ico -c win

cli - document --update
desktop - location of config is now Observer
