Lbry app cannot upload because please your deposit which is 0.01 but the site odysee is uploading it without any problem

Issue Summary

Cannot upload from lbry app with deposit 0..1

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to upload a video
2. Add a deposit 0,01
   3.doesn't accept it, it says instead please decrease your deposit
   4.if i go to the odysee site, it uploads it fine

I expect to upload it fine from the app, but it doesn't
