Release checklist (daemon)

• Let Brinck know release is about to go up
• Make sure there are no RCs in requirements.txt (e.g. lbryum, lbryschema)
• Run release tool
• QA release with app and speech (does homepage load? do a few new videos download and play?)
• Ensure API and CLI docs are correct
• Ensure CHANGELOG is [correct] (https://github.com/lbryio/lbry/wiki/Changelog-Format).
• Delete RCs on github
• Announce in Slack #tech that new daemon has been released
• Update our servers
