desktop uses publish
android uses publish
supports generic asset upload (thumb, cover)
supports channel edits
handles edits
handles post publish clear and navigation
separates actual form parameter values from helper values

issues: local app settings reducer settings, e.g. osNotificationsEnabled, etc.
