New idea: Basic simple Web UI #1

Would be nice for users to be able to see and configure Hub without need to touch terminal.
Some things would be nice to have:

amount of connected clients
current network block
LBRYcrd balance
Page where you can block videos/channels
Node settings for paid access to hub ( adjust price etc)
