Analyzing the instance of ConfigContext at UI runtime shows that some instance objects are created that do not exist in the Modelica AST, such as:

"Buildings.Templates.Components.Types.Damper-secOutRel.typDamOut.port_a": "Buildings.Templates.Components.Types.Damper"
