regression test results don't open in browser #418

Instead I get [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/var/log/syslog'.

Creating the empty file resolves the problem. I'm not sure what exactly causes the problem. My default browser is firefox and this problem appeared after updating buildingspy.

I opened an issue at lbl-srg/funnel#56.
This happens on CentOS right?
