27's can't create accounts, everyone gets the same error message: Server Error (500)

Hey @hlaynek! Is this still happening? Can you maybe post a screen grab of the login process for a '27 if that's not too much of a hassle? (Try not to share any passwords or personal information if possible!)

After inputting info into the text boxes, the website routes directly to the error message. this has been happening for 27s since at least 23X, possibly earlier.

@hlaynek It seems like the problem has origins with Heroku, which hosts LayupList. See #69 for more info.

@E0246 LL is no longer really under active development, as far as I know. The data can be recovered and hopefully the site will be revived in the near future.
