The program LN_NOISE_KERNEL estimates the temporal noise coupling of neighbouring voxels in form of a point-spread function (PSF) like noise Kernel.

It would be nice to have a LayNii program LN_DECOPSF that uses this PSF and deconvolves the time series data with it. The resulting deconvolved time series should have a sharper PSF and less fucntional blurring.
