What happened

Extension not activated when opened solution not having any opened documents.

Steps to Reproduce

Start VS
Open solution.
Close All Tabs
Shutdown VS
Start VS
Open same solution
Open any source file
Start typing
--- Git Diff not react ---
Undo changes
Shutdown VS
Start VS
Open same solution
--- Source file Tab reopens ---
Start typing
--- Git Diff react now! ---
