When I tried to run the demo example I encountered an unknown error.
" Generating network for model parabola_gen_net.bngl
Sorry, an unknown error occurred: AttributeError: 'tuple' object has no attribute 'tb_frame'
Logs have been saved to bnf_20190916-131900.log.
Please report this bug to help us improve PyBNF. "

Based on the log, PyBNF is looking for BNG2.pl at the location ../../BioNetGen-2.5.0/BNG2.pl and not finding it.

I'm not entirely sure what is going wrong (even if BNG2.pl is missing, PyBNF should be catching that error), but as a workaround, you could try supplying the full path to BioNetGen without using ..?
