Add in documentation link to PRISMA / MARS / supplementary materials

For full transparency, it would be great if we could link to additional documentation like search protocols, and PRISMA documentation. I'd think we do this on here:
http://metalab.stanford.edu/documentation.html#datasets
and add 2 field (or more?) to the metadata.
