Routify v2 uses Vite now #10

As Routify Starter Template uses Vite now, this script is no longer working.

$ npx routify-ts init test

[routify-ts] - Preparing base Routify starter template. May take a few minutes. Please wait a moment.
[routify-ts] - Convert Routify starter template to Typescript.
ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/home/user/projects/test/rollup.config.js'
