$uri        = "http://+_-_=+notasite,";
$validator  = new \Zend\Validator\Uri(['allowRelative' => false, 'allowAbsolute' => true]);
$isCorrectUri = $validator->isValid($uri);
var_dump($isCorrectUri); // bool(true)

Is this the way it should be?
