Doesn't seem to work when tamper protection is on #7

When tamper protection is enabled (the default), some services cannot be stopped:

Stop attempt failed ( Error 1052)

This was already mentioned in #6 but it looks like the issue was closed by the reporter with no more information.

That’s…what tamper protection does.
Tamper protection protects certain processes from being tampered with.
