[ToolbarBadgeSample] The number of notifications on the badge are not displayed

Another small issue while we wait for Xamarin to fix the Android image path issue: The number of notifications on the badge are not displayed. The small red rectangle with curved corners is displayed above the icon, but there is no number in it or a way to set the value.

It is also not vertically aligned with the other icons. It seems that the badge icon and the number of notifications are vertically centered as a single item instead of being positioned indipendently. SO when a notification number appears, the icon get shifted down out of the line.

That's also know issue. I just left this project because of the android issue. There are still lot's of stuff to fix. So, as soon as Xamarin replies, I'll make this sample complete. Thanks :)

Thank you. This is the only project with a working SVG toolbar. It's really great.
