ISEE Basic Pedestrian Tracker is a pedestrian tracking algorithm used within the Center for Research on Intelligent Perception and Computing(CRIPAC), Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Science.
Due to some reasons, the source code of the algorithm core is not open-sourced. A pre-compiled library is provided instead.
ISEE Basic Pedestrian Tracker is released under the MIT License.
