Ubuntu run pytest get "stata_path option in configuration file is missing or invalid" #409

Problem description

  • I had installed the latest version and tried to run the test with pytest, but I got stata_path option in configuration file is missing or invalid error. I tried to use the same technic from this issue to create a .stata_kernel.conf file with Linux path but it doesn't work

Debugging log

There are no debug log generated

I run the test with python3 -m pytest .
