AudioDsp - Collection of some digital audio processors made as a research

Instructions

1. JUCE - http://www.rawmaterialsoftware.com/downloads.php
2. Steinberg VST SDK 2.4 - http://www.steinberg.net/en/company/developer.html

After installing those packages, you'll need to define two environment variables - JUCE_INC and VST_SDK_INC, which must contain local paths to them (obviusly)
