Keep getting 31002 error codes & Connection Declined message #2

Error message shown when try to run example. Bought Twilio TollFree number & to number is a uk landline.

facing similar issue, connection gets declined using android app but work fine while using online portal with same URL

At least in my case, I received this error because the phone number was invalid (a 555 test number that was still in use as test data). Switching it to a valid number resolved the problem.
