Bumping the test vector to 12-d may be sufficient.

Some functions use only 1 or 2 dimensions and the rest of the vector is ignored.
However, some require a minimal nr of dimensions, e.g, hartmann_6d. This particular function has a special case in test.

The corner cases for indivual functions will be handled by unit tests #13 .
