Why

現在CircleSpinnerを表示してローディング中を表してるけど、スケルトンコンポーネントの方がUI/UX的に良さそうだと思ったから

とりあえずはローディングはCircleSpinnerに任せて一通り完成してから置き換えていく
まずは新デザインのデプロイ優先で
