Development-and-Contributing guide doc seems out of date, is there new doc links?

the file https://github.com/kubernetes-client/java/blob/master/settings not update, and kubernetes_branch is still 1.23, so i think the autogerate docs is out of date

@J-lena at this point we have migrated this process to use a Github Action. If you fork this repo, you should be able to trigger the action in your forked repo, or I can just trigger it here, what k8s version are you looking to generate? 1.31?
