HERMIT documentation needs updated #155

The new version of HERMIT is under-documented. We need some coherent documentation and tutorials.

One idea is to document HERMIT on the github wiki (because it is version controlled, and easy to access).
Another is to use a github pages.
- Another is to use LaTeX

Either way, we will have scripts that scrape the haddock documentation. I'm open to suggestions here.
