Add all ~350 commands to hermit-shell

So almost everything is ported over at this point except for:

• Commands dealing with PrettyPrinter or CommandLineState values per issue Implicit PrettyPrinter and CommandLineState arguments #16
• Overloaded shell externals, e.g. goto and gc. I didn't want to mess with these until we figured out issue goto in our DSL #3
• Commands pertaining to the navigation mode per issue navigate and command-line #18. @roboguy13 is of the opinion that these are not of particular value in the new shell and I would tend to agree since they're barely functional in the old shell as is.

There might also possibly be some commands that the original wiki table creation script didn't pick up, so we didn't do them. I'm in the middle of a fairly exhaustive review of both HERMIT and HERMIT-shell's externals, so hopefully I figure this out relatively soon.

Note that only the translations are complete, not any test cases beyond the examples we ported over for issue #7.
