Update docker namespace to container(s)

Docker is one implementation of containers, but it's not necessarily the one other users will want to use (ex. podman). Since the concept is the same, the differences occur in the gateways, we should renamespace all the docker components into something like Containers so we won't have to do a rename later, or duplicate all the existing code into a parallel folder.
