Trying to run it from WSL2 ubuntu

I tried installing lpw on wsl2 ubuntu. Installation went smooth, no change in instructions required. However when I run lpw start, it does print the expected output but i dont see the machine listening on 8501. So obviously I am not able to connect.

I am fairly handy with running things locally and I have ollama running on the machine. but lpw jus wont start the port so i cant connect despite it throwing no error at all.

attaching picture. top part is output of ports ubuntu is listening to after I run lpw start and bottom part is lpw in running state. thoughts?

lpw start is just a wrapper script to start the streamlit app. Can you try running streamlit natively?

What is the output of sudo lsof -i :8501
