Move Categories and and questions to a Database

Description

Hedgehog started with a Proof of Concept where the data are statically added to the QML. This is not clean approach. The better way to have all the data saved in a Database. User should be able to create their own category, and questions. Or fetch questions from a store.

Acceptance criteria

• Once a question is created it can be shared to public store and be accepted for use globally
