Display generated data per week

Description

Currently, the data are generated and the graph are just filled without any care for the week it's generated. This note makes more sense for the detailed contributions and the average implementation time.

Acceptance criteria

• The user should be able to the evolution of data on a weekly basis
• The weeks could be just a increment since inception (1, 2, ...)
• The user should be able to go from one week to another
