Scorovnik gate outputs stuck at high (10v)

Running into an issue where the gate outputs aren't being triggered, in the sense that their stuck at a high sustain level (10v) even though the sequencer is running. If I copy the settings to a newly loaded Scorovnik, it works fine. The issue returns it seems when I send a reset trigger to the sequencer, or when I close and reopen VCV itself.
