Hi, went to play with triplets in Scoronovik after watching Omri Cohen's tut.
using 120bpm and creating a 4/4 signature - I had 4 notes all as quarter notes except the 3rd was a triplet in Bank A as 6 steps. In Bank B I had just the normal 4 quarters as 4 steps. The first beat in both banks A and B should always be in sync when each pattern completes but they don't.

I connected the GATE from both banks to x42-scope. Channel 1 (Green) is Banks A. Channel 2 (Red) is Bank B. You can see that the first two quarter beats are in sync but the duration of the 1st triplet is 1.6Hz when it should be 6Hz. See patch below.

I replicated the same patterns in 2 ARP700 (see patch above) and the triplets sync nicely. See below.

I haven't tested dotted notes yet but will update post if I found an issue.

Something is really broken(I measured by clock rises is staccato mode):

  • 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 and 1 dotted notes are fine
  • 1/16 dotted is equal to 1/8 note
  • 1/16 triplet is equal to 1/16 note
  • 1/8 triplet is equal to 1/8 dotted note
  • 1/4 triplet is equal to 1/4 + 1/16 notes
  • shorter triplets are something else
