after extract rsdk file. have a lot .bin file. how to extract it?

I know this question is old, but I am going to answer it:

For animation .bin files, use the RSDK Animation Editor
For stage Scene#.bin files, use the Maniac Editor
For StageConfig.bin files and GameConfig.bin, use ManiaPal to edit the palttes
For TileConfig.bin files, use the tile editor included with Maniac
