Adding 2+ subforms adds new <form /> tags #25

When adding a second (or subsequent) subform, new

tags are added with those subforms.

A fix is:

opensolutions@031974e

allowing users to disable default decorators in their subforms and thus working around this issue.

There is probably a better way :(
