Add nftables support

Osquery does not support nftables. We've kinda ignored this, because most customers have the iptables compatibility package installed. And because we assume we'd fix it in osquery. But, when Zack looked at getting it into osquery it was sprawling, and maybe someone else is picking that up, but it's not done yet. And now, we're starting to get more confused customers having issues because if it.

IIRC we thought it would be easy to make a quick kolide_nftables over the data flatten. Let's do it
