Now I make a selection like this:

        $count_all = ORM::factory('Advert')
            ->where('status_id', 'in', [
                ORM::factory('Advert_Status')->where('name', '=', 'new')->find(),
                ORM::factory('Advert_Status')->where('name', '=', 'moderation')->find(),
            ])->count_all();

It would be nice to be able to do so:

        $count_all = ORM::factory('Advert')
            ->where('status_id', 'in', ORM::factory('Advert_Status')
                    ->where('name', 'in', ['new', 'moderation'])
                    ->find_all()
            )->count_all();

What do you think?
