Changes:
- Updated KARNAF_VERSION to 5.0.22.
- Updated a few copyright messages to 2018.
- Blocked two more senders on fetch-emails.php.
- Let custom_list_item() skip items from the list.
- CSS fixes.
- Added ajax_searchemail.php for the reply/replies autocomplete.
- Added Nir A's patch for reply/replies autocomplete.
- Forgot to add the id column (to ajax_searchemail.php).
- Added safeguards to ktools.php to make sure preg_replace() and mysql_connect() functions exist.
- Added a special check for PSEUDO_GROUP.
- Added stats to the menu for STATS_GROUP.
- Let's lock the tmp "lock file" instead of just creating it and checking it exists.
