Create example workflows for (all) public available CellProfiler Pipelines

With this integration we can process nearly any CellProfiler pipeline in KNIME.

We want to create example workflows for all of the pipelines. The pipelines, however, have to be manipulated a bit before they work inside KNIME. More specifically, "Save Images" and "Export to Spreadsheet" should be removed from the pipeline in CellProfiler and the pipeline should be exported again afterwards.

If you experience any problems, or if further modules have to be removed to get the pipeline running in KNIME, please post here!
