Hi,
Thank you so much for sharing all the datasets of your publication: Multi-omics analyses of the ulcerative colitis gut microbiome link Bacteroides vulgatus proteases with disease severity! That is great! I just have some issues downloading them. Can you give me some guidance?

I would recommend not using wget and following the data download instructions from massIVE: https://ccms-ucsd.github.io/MassIVEDocumentation/#download_data/

You can for instance use one of the recommended ftp clients like filezilla, login to massive.ucsd.edu and download the data through the filezilla interface. Their preferred ftp clients are listed here: https://ccms-ucsd.github.io/MassIVEDocumentation/#upload_data/
