Improve accessibility with TalkBack

I've long heard Talon listed as the best Twitter client on Android. However, I'm not really able to use it, as a blind Android user. WHen attempting to swipe (i.e. go to the next item with TalkBack), Talon scrolls all over the place, making me miss tweets and other assorted things. There might be other issues, but I can't really list them without this being fixed.

TO turn on or off TalkBack, if you want to test this yourself, press and hold the volume keys on your device for a few seconds.

That turning on and off of Talkback using the volume controls can only be done if the feature has been enabled after tuining on accessibility Talkback under settings
