Category1 value not show in CriteriaResults when updating a rule.

1. Create a rule for a transaction with a category1 but no category2
2. Click on the transaction with rule just added
   Expected: value for category1 will be shown in CriteriaResults
   Actual: value for category1 is not shown in CriteriaResults
3. Type a value for category2
4. Save the rule
   Expected: affect transactions with have category1 and category2 values
   Actual === Expected
