As a scientist, I want to view a plot of neutron flux intensity as a function of position along a scanned axis, so that I can quickly identify the position of the peak.

Some possible sub-tasks:

  1. DAE to capture motor position data (already done)
  2. Modify ICP to publish motor position data & neutron data
  3. Create remote client to display intensity v position
  4. Modify remote client to consume motor position data & neutron data published by ICP.
