[Feature] Small Indicator For Anti-Features

Requestijg a small icon be added on the lists pages, that indicate an app has anti-features. This would allow the user to easily identify if an app has anti-features or not without clicking on the app first.
If they wish to see the exact anti-features, they could continue to click on the app.

Hello @seniorm0ment. Is this issue a duplicate of this one? If not could you please explain the differences?

The ability to filter anti-features by type for example show all apps that "Have non-free dependencies" and hide all other antifeature apps.
The other issue is just a little icon to quickly see which antifeatures are on an app without clicking into it's page. Like little badges on the search page.
