Lock screen orientation

Sometimes when I'm lounging around, I like to hold the phone upright while 
playing O.S. but don't want the phone to automatically rotate the screen. 
Is there a way this can be an option to either allow it to rotate, or to 
lock the screen in either portrait or landscape mode?
